Palo.gr and Palo.rs alongside the flood victims in Serbia

From first moment that the unprecedented consequences from the devastating floods in Serbia were realized, Palo.gr and Palo.rs have been actively involved in coordinated efforts for their encounter.

Palo.gr undertook the initiative for the diffusion of messages and initiatives of collections and humanitarian aid missions on behalf of the Serbian people within the Greek internet. Palo.gr also participated in the international campaign HELP SERBIA with the aim of raising the awareness of the public.

In the extraordinary situations that prevailed throughout the duration of the adverse weather conditions and for the full length that the institutional and citizen efforts for the management of the humanitarian crisis lasted, Palo.rs was the leading news search source in Southeast Europe as it collects and compiles on a daily basis more than 10,000 news and publications in Serbian, but also Cyrillic, from more than 250 websites and 800 blogs.
