The Certificate applies for all Palo Services operations currently in Greece, Cyprus and Serbia, and ensures the utmost service quality in accordance to the highest international standards. The ISO 9001:2008 certification (No.: 010150086) was issued by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS, an accredited third party auditing organization who rigorously reviewed the Company’s internal quality management system processes, to ensure that they meet ISO quality standards for consistently delivering services that meet customers’ needs and expectations.
ISO or International Organization for Standardization is a global, nongovernmental body that writes standards upon which Quality Management Systems (QMS) are evaluated.
